SKH Inc. has retained Lantana Oil & Gas Partners to divest a South Louisiana package consisting of one well, the Exxon Fee 108, in the Pecan Island Field, Vermilion Parish, La. SKH is offering a 50% working interest with a 75% net revenue interest. Year-end 2002 production was 10 million cubic feet of gas per day, with 9.5 billion cubic feet equivalent of proved reserves and 6.9 billion cubic feet equivalent of probable reserves.
