Ranken Energy Corp. has retained Lantana Oil & Gas Partners to sell its oil and gas assets in the Midcontinent. The assets are in Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas and North Dakota on approximately 4,200 acres. The sale includes an operated working interest in 35 wells and a nonoperated working interest in 21 wells. Total net proved reserves are 758,000 barrels of oil and 2.17 billion cubic feet of gas. Gross production is approximately 450 barrels of oil and 1.2 million cubic feet of gas per day.
