J.P. Oil Co. Inc. has retained PLS Divestment Services to sell 98% operated interests in North Dakota (four fields), Louisiana (three fields) and Mississippi (six fields). Production is 399 barrels of oil and 250,000 cubic feet of gas per day from 34 active wells. Net daily production is 310 barrels of oil equivalent.
