CLX Energy Inc. has retained Meagher Oil & Gas Properties to divest its common stock and income funds. CLX's assets are in Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma and Wyoming. Reserves are 83% gas. Twelve wells, in Colorado and Kansas, are operated, and 25 are nonoperated. Net production in May was 163 barrels of oil and 5.316 million cubic feet of gas per day. Net oil reserves are estimated at 8.3 million barrels and gas reserves are estimated at 1.881 billion cubic feet. The assets from the CLX Income Fund 1999-1 include an interest in 10 Colorado wells. May net production was 12 barrels of oil and 10.165 million cubic feet of gas per day. Net reserves are estimated at 500,000 million barrels of oil and 1.3 billion cubic feet of gas.
