Sold an additional 405,000 shares at US$54.50 each as overallotment for $22.1 million, raising the total to 3.1 million shares to pay debt and for general corporate purposes. UBS Securities LLC and Merrill Lynch were joint book-running managers and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., Morgan Joseph & Co. Inc., D.A. Davidson & Co. and BMO Capital Markets Corp. were co-managers.
