Description
Completed a public offering of 37.5 million common shares priced at $3.50 each. Underwriters received a 30-day option to purchase about 5.6 million common shares. Net proceeds from the offering, which will fund part of the capex plan through 2017 and which will also support general corporate purposes. Goldman Sachs & Co., KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and BMO Capital Markets Corp. were joint lead book-running managers.
