Brigham Exploration Co. - 2011-03-02

Entered a new five-year senior credit facility with an initial borrowing base of $325 million on Feb. 23. In conjunction with entry into the senior credit facility, the company added a total of eight banks to its banking group, which is now comprises 14 banks and represents $545 million of total commitments.

As of Feb. 24, Brigham had no amounts outstanding under its senior credit facility.
