Linn Energy LLC, Pittsburgh, (Nasdaq: LINE) has closed the acquisition of certain Oklahoma assets from Tulsa, Okla.-based Kaiser-Francis Oil Co. for $125 million. The assets are in north-central Oklahoma and include 411 producing wells. Proved reserves are 54.5 billion cubic feet of gas equivalent (84% gas).
