Founded in 2014 and based in Denver, Raisa Energy is an independent exploration and production company that creates value by owning and leasing mineral and nonoperated working interests in major oil and gas basins across North America. We consistently aggregate high-return acreage and have the capacity to execute transactions from one acre in size and up. Raisa's current asset portfolio is focused on unconventional plays in Colorado, North Dakota, Oklahoma and Texas. However, we are continually evaluating acreage in additional areas.
