Description

In Texas’ Martin County (RRC Dist. 8), Guidon Energy announced results from two Spraberry Field discoveries. The wells were drilled from a pad in Ward CSL Survey, A-606. The #4LR George Washington Wolcott  has a total depth of 17,268 ft, 9,275 ft. Production is from perforations at 9,360-17,146 ft and it pumped 1,528 bbl of 38° API oil and 1.46 MMcf of gas per day from Spraberry. Gauged on a 56/64-inch choke, the flowing tubing pressure was 610 psi and the flowing casing was 557 psi. The #2LA George Washington Wolcott  was tested pumping 1,208 bbl of 37.6° API oil and 887,000 cu ft of gas per day from Wolfcamp A. The well was drilled to a total depth of 17,622 ft and the true vertical depth is 9,591 ft. Production is from perforations at 9,675-17,511 ft. Gauged on a 52/64-inch choke, the flowing tubing pressure was 409 psi. Guidon’s headquarters are in Irving, Texas.
