C.W. Resources Inc. and CWR Ltd. is offering for sale certain operated properties in the Overton Field of East Texas in Smith and Cherokee counties. The companies retained TenOaks Energy Advisors LLC as its exclusive adviser in connection with the transaction.

The offering includes an 11,707 acre HBP position with operational control, scale and upside potential plus a company-owned gathering system and infrastructure.

The transaction is expected to have a Nov. 1 effective date with the signing of a purchase and sale agreement estimated for Oct. 30.

Bids are due by noon CT Oct. 21. A virtual data room is available.
