C.W. Resources Inc. and CWR Ltd. is offering for sale certain operated properties in the Overton Field of East Texas. The companies retained TenOaks Energy Advisors LLC as its exclusive adviser in connection with the transaction.

The transaction is expected to have a Nov. 1 effective date with the signing of a purchase and sale agreement estimated for Oct. 30.
