Construction Support Vessel 108 (CSV 108) has been christened at the Metalships & Docks shipyard in Vigo, Spain, McDermott International said in a news release.
“We expect the CSV 108 to join the fleet in 2015, once the final deck equipment has been installed,” Tony Duncan, executive vice president, subsea, for McDermott, said in the release.
CSV 108 will immediately transit to Norway for the installation of two portside active heave compensated cranes for the final stage in its construction.
