Norwich, U.K.-based subsea services company Acteon Group Ltd. acquired Houston-based survey services provider UTEC Survey Inc., Simmons & Co. International said Dec. 2.
UTEC is a portfolio company of Westport, Conn.-based investment firm Lime Rock Partners.
The transaction’s terms were not disclosed.
A Sept. 11 press release from UTEC said that Aceton’s advisers were Burness Paull, Evercore and KPMG.
