Description

IHS Markit reported that Rockcliff Energy Operating completed three Carthage Field gas wells in the Panola County (RRC Dist. 6), Texas, portion of the East Texas reservoir. The Haynesville producers were drilled on a 1,063-acre lease in George Smith Survey, A-650 and all three bottomed within 2 miles to the north in Samuel Pearce Survey, A-525. The #1H Talley-Weiss HV Unit A flowed 18.348 MMcf of gas per day through perforations at 11,336-17,716 ft. Tested on a 28/64-inch choke, the flowing casing pressure was 5,395 psi and shut-in tubing pressure was 6,300 psi. The total depth is 17,885 ft and the true vertical depth is 11,051 ft. The offsetting #2H Talley-Weiss HV Unit B flowed 16.872 MMcf of gas per day from perforations at 11,358-17,854 ft day. The horizontal well was drilled to 18,005 ft (11,137 ft true vertical). The #3H Talley-Weiss HV Unit C was tested flowing 15.935 MMcf of gas daily from a perforations at 11,320-17,816 ft.
