W.B. Osborn Oil & Gas Operations Ltd. has retained Albrecht & Associates Inc. to sell assets in the Barnett shale in North Texas. The package includes interests in 30 producing wells, a saltwater disposal system, four water supply wells, one proved behind pipe opportunity and 32 proved undeveloped locations on 9,946 gross leasehold acres (8,616 net) in Montague and Cooke counties. The assets are 100% operated. Net production as of March was 210 barrels of oil and 2.4 million cubic feet of gas per day. Net proved reserves are approximately 2 million barrels of oil, 2.3 million barrels of gas liquids and 11.8 billion cubic feet of gas for a total 5.4 million barrels of oil equivalent.
