IOG Capital LP retained RedOaks Energy Advisors as its exclusive adviser in connection with the sale of its nonoperated working interest properties in the STACK play of Oklahoma in Major, Dewey, Blaine, Woodward and Custer counties. The offering includes 14,504 net acres and 86 horizontal producers primarily operated by Comanche Resources Co.

Bids are due on July 13. The transaction is expected to have a May 1 effective date.
