Eagle Oil & Gas Co. retained RedOaks Energy Advisors LLC as the exclusive adviser in connection with the sale of certain East Texas properties comprising roughly 13,000 net acres in Henderson and Anderson counties. Net production is about 422 boe/d (40% liquids) primarily form the Rodessa Formation and $3 million in projected PDP cash flow for the next 12 months.

Bids are due June 3. The transaction is expected to have a May 1 effective date.
