RCR Investments LLC retained RedOaks Energy Advisors as the exclusive adviser in connection with the sale of certain overriding royalty interest (ORRI) properties located in the Eagle Ford Shale in Lavaca and DeWitt counties, Texas. The offering includes 6,655 net royalty acres (normalized to 1/8th royalty) and 35 DSUs (average net revenue interest: 2.6%) with a PDP PV-10 of $9 million.
