Lagniappe Inc.

Lagniappe Inc. has retained American Energy Advisors Inc. to divest interests in five wells in Sweetwater County, Wyo., and 100 shallow wells in Keyhole fields, Crook County, Wyo. Sweetwater has one well producing 95,000 cubic feet of gas a day, and the other four are shut-in. Keyhole has 34 wells which produce 20 barrels of oil per day, and the other 66 are shut-in.
