ExxonMobil International Ltd. has retained IndigoPool to sell Superior Oil (U.K.) Ltd. and select operated and nonoperated assets from Mobil North Sea Ltd., offshore the U.K. southern North Sea. The package includes 15 operated fields and four nonoperated fields in the Lancelot area, the Thames area including the Arthur Field, the Hewett area together with the Hewett Bacton Terminal, and related infrastructure.
