NEW, Baytex Properties has retained Canaccord Enermarket to seek cash, farm-in or qualified trade offers for certain assets in southern Alberta. The package includes assets in Crossfield, Vulcan, Garden Plains, Buick Creek, Foxglove and Cypress Hills. The Crossfield properties include various operated working interests in 21,750 net acres with multi-zone potential in the Cardium, Viking, Mannville, Rock Creek, Turner Valley (Elkton) and Wabamun areas. The Vulcan properties include a 20% working interest in 7,124 net acres with multi-zone targeting the Bow Island, Barons & Colorado, Glauconite (Upper Mannville), Sunburst and Turner Valley areas. The Garden Plains properties include 50%-100% operated working interests in 3,200 net acres with multi-zone potential in the Mannville, Glauconite and Ellerslie areas. The Buick Creek properties include a 100% operated working interest with multiple producing potential in the Notikewin, Bluesky, Gething, Nordegg, Baldonnel and Halfway areas. The Foxglove properties include 40,828 net acres with multiple targets in the Bluesky, Gething, Dunlevy, Charlie Lakel and Slave Point areas. The Cypress Hills properties include a 100% working interest in 4,150 net acres with multi-zone targets in the Belly River, Belly River CBM, Milk River, Second White Specks and Upper Shaunavon/Lower Gravelbourg areas.
