Purchased Weyburn, Saskatchewan-based co. that provides oilfield and industrial safety services to operations in southeastern Saskatchewan.

HSE Integrated Ltd., Calgary, (Toronto: HSE) has acquired Prairie Wide Safety Ltd. Weyburn, Saskatchewan, for approximately C$2 million in cash, shares and assumed debt. PWS provides oilfield and industrial safety services to drilling, completion, well-servicing and field-processing operations in southeastern Saskatchewan. This is HSE's first major expansion into Saskatchewan.
