Bonanza Resources Corp., Vancouver, British Columbia, (Toronto Venture: BRS) plans to acquire 7,271 acres in Beaver County, Oklahoma, known as the North Fork 3-D project from Ryan Petroleum LLC and Radiant Energy LC for an undisclosed price. The prospect's primary objective is the Morrow A and C sands. Bonanza is currently developing projects in Oklahoma and Texas.
