Jeffrey A. Zlotky joined private-equity firm NGP Energy Capital Management as general counsel, the firm said March 23.
Previously, Zlotky was a partner at Thompson & Knight LLP’s corporate and securities practice, focusing on energy finance and private equity.
Zlotky helped form several NGP investment funds, said Tony Weber, an NGP managing partner.
Zlotky has a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University and a law degree of the University of Texas School of Law.
NGP Energy Capital Management LLC is based in Irving, Texas.
