The Toronto Stock Exchange has suspended trading of the shares of Pacific Energy Resources Ltd., Long Beach, Calif. (Toronto: PFE) for the company’s failure to meet listing requirements, citing the company’s insolvency proceedings, financial condition and low share price.
Pacific Energy says it will not appeal the decision and is evaluating its options, including the potential to have its shares listed on alternative exchanges.
