Patch International Inc., Vancouver, (OTCBB: PTCH) has acquired privately held Damascus Energy Inc., Calgary, for
approximately US$10.5 million in stock. Primary shareholders of Damascus were Michael S. Vandale and privately
held Calgary-based Bounty Development Ltd. Damascus will become a subsidiary of Patch. Damascus has various interests in
Canada, including a farm-out agreement with Bounty with the right to earn an 80% working interest in 32 square miles of land
in the Dover oil-sands project in the Fort McMurray area of central Alberta.
