Texegy LLC is offering for sale its oil and gas mineral and royalty interests located in Vernon and Sabine parishes in the core of the Louisiana Austin Chalk trend.

Houlihan Lokey Capital Inc. has been retained by Texegy to serve as its exclusive financial adviser to assist with this transaction. Bids are due Dec. 5.
