BC Operating Inc. retained Simplex Energy Solutions LLC for the sale of an operated commercial saltwater disposal system within the Permian Basin in Lea County, N.M.
Water is disposed into the Cherry Canyon Formation at about 6,000 ft subsurface. The well is permitted for 12,000 barrels per day (bbl/d) of water at 1,150 pounds per square in gauge (psig). Net income averaged $133,546 per month for the period June 2018 through November.
