BP Plc, London, (NYSE: BP) will withdraw its listing on the Chicago Stock Exchange within the next month to streamline operations. BP’s American depositary shares will continue to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange and its ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange. The Chicago listing is a holdover from Amoco Corp., which BP acquired in 1999.
