Unit Corp. has extended the early tender date for its previously announced offer to exchange any and all of its outstanding 6.625% senior subordinated notes due 2021 for newly issued 10% senior secured notes due 2024 and 7% junior secured notes due 2025, upon the terms and conditions set forth in the prospectus relating to the exchange offer included in Amendment No. 2 to the Registration Statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
