Mooncor Oil & Gas Corp. - 2014-03-26

Entered into securities purchase agreement with Pinetree Capital Ltd. Pursuant to agreement, Pinetree agreed to subscribe for 10 million Mooncor common units priced at five cents each. Units comprised of one Mooncor share and one share purchase warrant. Share purchase warrants will allow one common share to be bought at 10 cents for two years from offer’s date of issuance. Mooncor agreed to subscribe for 819,672 Pinetree common shares priced at 61 cents each. Transaction scheduled to close April 1.
