Occidental Petroleum’s board of directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend amounting to $0.18 per share on common stock, according to a July 26 press release.
The dividend will be payable on Oct. 13 to all stockholders of record as of the end of business on Sept. 8. The dividend is unchanged from Occidental’s previous $0.18 quarterly dividend last payable on July 14.
Occidental is an energy company that operates primarily from the U.S. Permian Basin, the Middle East and North Africa.
