Private equity firm FalconPoint Partners’ portfolio company JENNMAR is expanding its service offerings to the oil and gas industry with the acquisition of G&R Gas Services, the company announced in a June 11 press release.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed in the companies’ announcement.
JENNMAR is a provider of infrastructure products and services to the civil, solar, mining and construction industries. G&R services the oil and gas industry in Virginia through well tending, roustabout and right-of-way maintenance offerings.
JENNMAR’s deal for G&R includes the acquisition of over 100 service vehicles. JENNMAR will adopt G&R’s existing customer agreements and add over 100 employees to its services division.
"This acquisition expands our footprint in the Central Appalachian region as we continue to provide best-in-class service to our customers,” Ryan Litwinovich, vice president of JENNMAR Services. “We thank [G&R Gas Services President] Greg Bostic and the entire G&R Gas Services team for their partnership in a smooth transition for our employees and clients."
