Halliburton Co.’s shareholders elected a baker’s dozen of nominees to the company’s board, according to a May 18 press release. Following the stockholders meeting, the board met and declared a second quarter 2023 dividend.
The dividend is payable on June 28 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 7.
The 13 new board members, elected May 17, are:
- Abdulaziz F. Al Khayyal;
- William E. Albrecht;
- M. Katherine Banks;
- Alan M. Bennett;
- Milton Carroll;
- Earl M. Cummings;
- Murry S. Gerber;
- Robert A. Malone;
- Jeffrey A. Miller;
- Bhavesh V. Patel;
- Maurice S. Smith;
- Janet L. Weiss; and
- Tobi M. Edwards Young
In addition, the company’s shareholders ratified the selection of KPMG LLP as principal independent public accountants for 2023.
