Chad Hill will be joining Performance Operating Partners LLC as COO, the company announced in a March 16 press release.
Hill has previously worked with Chesapeake running Haynesville drilling operations, with O’Brien Energy Co. as vice president of engineering and with Brammer Engineering as drilling and completions manager.
“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Chad in the past said William O’Brien, Performance’s managing director. “He’s a fantastic leader and top-notch operations engineer. He has a great attention to detail and always has a good control over the operations he’s running.”
Performance manages the operations, drilling and completions of horizontal wells in the East Texas and Delaware basins, as well as interests in over 4,000 wells across Oklahoma, New Mexico and Texas.
