Transeuro Energy Corp., Vancouver, (Toronto Venture: TSU) plans to acquire a petroleum prospecting license in the Papuan fold belt of Papua New Guinea from Rockwell Explorations SA for 300,000 common shares of Transeuro and a cash payment of US$80,000. The company's interest on the license, which covers 1.5 million acres, will be between 76.5% and 98%.
