Parsley Energy Inc. completed a horizontal Wolfcamp A-Midland Basin producer in Glasscock County, (RRC Dist. 8) Texas. According to the Houston-based company, #1AH Dwight Gooden 6-7 had a peak 30-day initial production rate of 1.161 Mboe per day (an average of 197 boe per 1,000 stimulated ft). The 14,329-ft completion is producing from a 5,890-ft fracture-treated lateral that bottomed to the southeast under Dewey Lake with a true vertical depth of 8,228 ft. The well was drilled on a 720-acre West Texas lease in Section 6, Block 35, T3S, T&P RR Co Survey, A-958.
