Description

A Hoefs T-K Field-Wolfcamp discovery was announced by Dallas-based PCORE Exploration & Production II LLC in western Pecos County (RRC Dist. 8), Texas. The #1HA Stallion was tested flowing 102 bbl of 41.4-degree-gravity crude, 384 Mcf of gas and 4.394 Mbbl of water per day from fracture-stimulated perforations at 10,163-14,617 ft. Tested on a 1-in. choke, the flowing tubing pressure was 406 psi. It was drilled to the north 14,815 ft (9,744 ft true vertical), out of a 10,757-ft pilot hole. The 640-acre Delaware Basin lease comprises all of Section 21, Block 1, H&TC RR Co Survey, A-669. The company’s Hoefs T-K Field program extends westward into neighboring Reeves County.
