Oklahoma City-based Chesapeake Operating Inc. has completed an extended-reach horizontal Turner producer on the southern flank of the Powder River Basin in Converse County, Wyo. The #26-34-72 USA B TR 22H NWFU (Northwest Fetter Deep Exploratory Unit) is in Section 26-34n-72w and it initially flowed 465 bbl of 43.8-degree-gravity oil, 877 Mcf of gas and 825 bbl of water per day. Production is from a lateral drilled to the south-southeast to 22,930 ft. It bottomed in Section 1-33n-72w and the true vertical depth is 12,170 ft. It was tested on a 40/64-in. choke following 22-stage fracturing between 12,683 and 22,817 ft.
