Description
Three Susquehanna County, Pa., Marcellus producers were reported by Cabot Oil & Gas Corp. The Lenox Field wells were drilled from a pad in Section 1, Lenoxville 7.5 Quad, Harford Township. The #3 Empet D was drilled to 16,244, 7,300 ft true vertical. It produced 21.8 MMcf of gas per day from Marcellus at 7,551-16,151 ft with a shut-in casing pressure of 825 psi. The #7 Empet D was drilled to 13,776 ft, 7,205 true vertical and it produced 13.1 MMcf of gas with a shut-in casing pressure of 600 psi. Production is from a fractured zone between 7,695 and 13,695 ft. The #10 Empet D was drilled to 13,725 ft, 7,027 ft true vertical. It was tested flowing 22.5 MMcf of gas per day with a shut-in casing pressure of 875 psi. Production is from fractured perforations at 7,843-13,643 ft.
