Description
EXCO Resources Inc. of Dallas finaled a horizontal Haynesville well as part of Caspiana Field. Located in Section 19-14n-12w, DeSoto Parish, La., the initial daily production for #1-Alt Ware et al 19 was 16.85 million cu. ft. of gas and 175 bbl. of water through fracture-treated perforations at 12,360-16,340 ft. Using a 22/64-in. choke, flowing casing pressure was 7,646 psi. EXCO drilled the venture to 16,448 ft., 11,949 ft. true vertical in Section 19-14n-12w and it bottomed to the north beneath the same section. EXCO is drilling an offset in the same section, #2-Alt Ware et al 19.
