Description

Two Phantom Field-Wolfcamp A horizontal completions were reported by BPX Energy in Reeves County (RRC Dist. 8), Texas. The wells were drilled from a single pad in T&P RR Co Survey, A-626. The #110H State Kate Olson 57-T2-17X8 was drilled to 17,837 ft, 9,645 ft true vertical and production is from a perforated zone between 9,999 ft and 17,750 ft. It produced 774 bbl of oil and 5.125 MMcf of gas per day. Gauged on a 91/64-inch choke, the flowing tubing pressure was 603 psi and the flowing casing was 603 psi. Tested 774 bbl of oil and 5.125 MMcf per day from Upper Wolfcamp. BPX’s #111H State Kate Olson 57-T2-17X8 was drilled to 17,165 ft with a true vertical depth of 9,605 ft. It was tested flowing 786 bbl of oil with 3.369 MMcf of gas per day from perforations at 9,198-17,087 ft from Upper Wolfcamp A. It was tested on a 112/64-in choke and the flowing tubing pressure was 551 psi and the flowing casing was 546 psi.
