Description

BP Plc completed two Arkoma Basin horizontal Woodford wells from an Ashland Field pad in Section 17-3n-12e in Pittsburgh County, Okla. According to IHS Markit, #5-8H Resh produced an average of 10.4 MMcf of gas per day during its first 30 days online. The 14,329-ft well was drilled north to a true vertical depth of 8,916 ft and bottomed in Section 8-3n-12e. Production is from fracture-treated perforations at 9,431-14,158 ft. About 60 ft east on the pad, #3-8H Resh produced an average of 7.2 MMcf of gas per day during its first 30 days online. Production is from a fracture-stimulated interval between 9,712 and 14,250 ft in a parallel wellbore extending to 14,416 ft (9,167 ft true vertical), and it bottomed in Section 8-3n-12e.
