IHS Markit reported that Abraxas Petroleum Corp. completed two horizontal Delaware Basin wells from a drillpad on a 640-acre lease in Section 82, Block F, G&MMB&A Survey, A-42 in Ward County (RRC Dist. 8), Texas. The Third Bone Spring well, #101H Caprito 82, averaged 878 bbl of oil and 1.463 MMcf of gas per day during its first 30 days online. It was drilled to 15,885 ft with a 4,820-ft lateral. The horizontal leg bottomed within 1 mile to the northeast. The #202H Caprito 82 averaged 863 bbl of oil and 1.626 MMcf of gas per day over the first month. It was drilled to approximately 16,070 ft with a 4,820-ft leg in Wolfcamp A1. San Antonio-based Abraxas respectively owns a 100% and 57.1% working interest in the wells.
