Oil and Gas Investor presents the 2024 Influential Women in Energy honorees. Ana Amicarella

Barbara Harrison

“This critical distinction in both thinking about when and how decisions are made and how I can concisely and impactfully share the appropriate level of information is a skill I still consciously practice to this day,” Harrison said. 

Hart Energy’s Influential Women in Energy: A Woman of G.R.I.T.

When Lara Jones was at her lowest point, she developed a system to transform her fears into action. Now, her mission is to share what she learned.

Katja Akentieva

“Be prepared for the unexpected. If you are prepared for those new career opportunities to take you to the new heights, then you will not be disappointed,” Akentieva said.

Kayce Bartlett

“By taking a leap of faith into a new role, it opened other opportunities that eventually led me to manage the Permian reservoir engineering team,” Bartlett said. 

Nooshin Behroyan

“It was this curiosity and my desire to make a meaningful contribution that inspired me to join the industry, particularly in the emergency response group,” Behroyan said.
