White North Energy Corp. has retained Sayer Energy Advisors to sell the company.

White North holds operated working interests in two producing light oil properties in the Sinclair and Pierson areas of southwestern Manitoba. The company has focused its activity on developing Bakken/Three Forks prospects.

Production is up to 170 barrels of oil per day. Three recently drilled wells are expected to come on stream by March and add up to 85 additional barrels per day. Proved and probable reserves as of Dec. 31 were 1.1 million barrels of oil.

Upside includes the potential to raise production through drilling of up to 19 additional horizontal development wells and through waterflooding.
