Ward Petroleum Corp. has retained Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse to sell both operated and non-operated properties in Beckham, Custer and Washita counties, Oklahoma.

Operators include Ward, Cimarex, Apache and Chesapeake. Bids are due Aug. 22, 2012; effective date is Sept. 1, 2012.

In a separate offering, Stone Energy has retained The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse to market non operated assets in Karnes and Wilson counties, Texas. Bids are due Sept. 6, 2012; the effective date is Aug. 1, 2012.

The properties include four producing wells with 130 barrel of oil equivalent operated by Hunt Oil Co. One drilled well is waiting on completion. Working interest on the properties is 42.5% and net revenue interest is 31%.
