Walter Oil & Gas Corp.

Walter Oil & Gas Corp. has retained The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse to sell its interest in 26,330 gross acres in Carter and Love counties, Okla. through a negotiated transaction.

Walter has 14,172 net acres in a contiguous lease block, with 77% net revenue interest in more than 90% of the block.
It has three-dimensional seismic acquisition underway by a major industry operator. A new horizontal Woodford discovery producing about 400 barrels of oil per day lies just south of the lease block.
