Vulcan Minerals Inc. has retained Sayer Energy Advisors to assist in sourcing a joint venture partner to participate in the exploration and development of its prospects in the Flat Bay area of Newfoundland. Vulcan holds permits covering approximately 236,000 acres of exploration land in western Newfoundland, and has drilled six shallow exploratory wells on the leases, which are in the Bay St. George Sedimentary Basin.
